Rex & Reina are both adult survivors of extreme child abuse and neglect. Between the both of them, they have amassed a vault of life experience, have survived extreme trauma, and have come out the other side.
Their shared life mission is to help others heal from trauma and to be a voice and advocate for those who have no voice.
The Reverend Rex or just Rex, is an 8 year recovered heroin addict who has devoted his life to helping others find freedom from trauma and addiction. He is the author of the book KNOW LOVE: A Memoir. He is also a Certified Life Coach, a Recovery Mentor, a Minister, a Published Author, an Energy Healer, a Reiki Master, A Ho'oponopono practitioner, an EFT Tapping practitioner, and a Homesteader.
Reina is the woman behind the camera. She is the anchor that keeps the show on track. She is the editor and camera person and Rex's overall inspiration to be better. She is also a Certified Yogi, a Massage Therapist, a Heart-Centered Coach a Doula, an Herbalist, an Energy Worker, a Reiki Master, a Ho'oponopono practitioner, an EFT Tapping practitioner, and a Homesteader
